Oh boy. Checking ye ol' pirate communities to look at the changelogs, there's a lot. The Itch game is almost six months out of date now.
Looks like the dev is partway through making it an actual "game" game rather than a minigame, like there's an overworld/town system (including spots to build more stuff in town), a quest system, a WIP "story mode", an NPC to feed (and overfeed), lots of bugfixes and polish, a second feeding minigame for the dragon after the first to feed her more and bounce on her gut, and there's also now a cheat button for free ammo.
Anything past that is mostly just reworking the game's code to make it easier to add things in the future, as far as I can tell. My assumption is that the dev's waiting until the rework stuff is done with before updating the Itch copy, but that's just a guess. Wouldn't be that surprised if the game's complete rework finishes and it becomes a paid Steam release, kinda like what Backpack Hero and a few other Itch games do.
I think the soundtrack should be rock and metal, since the game has you beating up an army of stuff. As a matter of fact, ditch the game, learn 3D, and make a Musou game. Playing Dynasty Warriors music over this game is a whole new experience.
In all seriousness though, I think there's more that can be done to this game. Musou, maybe, or rts. Maybe a hard mode where you have health? It's fine, tho. (I still want a rock soundtrack, tho.)
Also, I like activating gas, shoving cake in her mouth, then pressing her stomach. There should be some kinda bonus for that. Like a green blush or a longer burp. Not that I enjoy burps, but it's nice torturing dragons.

I really liked the game! I finished it quickly and with pleasure. I even managed to experiment to see what the eaters would do, with a full and empty stomach, approaching the house. Unfortunately, the house only collapsed, and the end of the game came)

would like to see an option to rub as well as poke once you have them on the ground at the end... and maybe have the option to feed them even more past their limits potentially? great art, looking forward to more eventually!
Its already a feature! For Malika at least. Perhaps you meant the other dragon? In that case - sure. I am not into males, but this will be a logical addition in future updates
Hmm odd idea: what if there are gates the dragon has to go through, and after a certain belly size has to stop to break them/gets stuck and has to break out of them? and it would hold them there as a kinda improved delay tactic?
What if you added more interactable areas for the first boss, just to see how the dragon may react, since its not exactly like she can move when stuffed with over a hundred cakes
I wonder if we are going to see the result of all that sugar or poor Malika's waistline? Might be an intresting bonus content if this ever gets episodic or something.
An ambitious suggestion, but a suggestion nonetheless—it'd be great if there were an option available in the menu to be able to stuff Malika even further for people who wanted to see her get even bigger or possibly attain a different "ending". Would be great and would appeal a wider audience of stuffing enjoyers, and to top it off there's absolutely no harm in it being optional; if people wanted it the way it was, they can have it that way. I hope I strike a hard enough argument, if this is even seen...

The new dragon will turn into the previous dragon when force-fed. (Buttons are hidden but still usable.)
The game may crash if certain conditions are met by launching cakes continuously.
Requests:
Add a save mode to unlock the dragon gallery and introduction.
Add a fun mode to put the defeated dragon into jail, and you can enjoy the dragon inflation (feed, pump, magic, or unbirth?)
Change the protagonist and weapons, and upgrade weapons and cake launchers.
The new dragon carries new puppets and special enemies instead of the unchanging rock puppet.
Flying enemies.
If you need new dragoness, I can draw two for you. (But I need vector graphics to make sure the pixels match the size required in the game)

Maybe a bursting option in the settings to enable/disable a bursting ending when they're on the ground would be alright along with more sice.
